Spartan Land Works
Debris Removal, Storm Cleanup & Hauling
Brush piles, fallen trees, logs and storm debris picked up with a grapple and piled, moved or hauled off in our dump trailer.
Grapple work beats hand work every time
A brush pile that would take a weekend of dragging by hand takes minutes with a grapple bucket. Spartan Land Works uses a track loader with a root grapple to pick up and move limbs, logs, brush piles and storm debris, then piles it where you want or loads it out in a dump trailer.

What we pick up and move
- Storm cleanup: downed trees and limbs after wind storms and tornadoes
- Brush piles left from past clearing or tree work
- Logs and trunks moved, stacked or loaded
- Old fence, wire and junk cleaned out of fields and wood lines
- Yard and lot cleanup before a sale, build or move-in
Your options for debris
Pile it: we stack it in a tight pile in a spot you choose, away from structures, for you to burn or let rot. Move it: push it into a wood line or low spot on your property. Haul it: we load it into our dump trailer and take it off. Hauling costs more because of trailer time and disposal, and we'll spell out each option in your estimate.
Burning brush piles? Check for burn bans and Mississippi Forestry Commission rules before lighting one, and remember many city limits restrict open burning. Keep piles well away from homes, power lines and woods.
Dump trailer service
Need something hauled that isn't brush? We also run dump trailer loads for cleanup jobs like old fence, yard debris and general junk from land and lots. Tell us what you've got and we'll let you know if it's something we can take.
After a storm
North Mississippi gets its share of spring and fall storms. When a tree comes down across a drive, fence or field, call or text us photos. Trees on a house, on power lines, or hung up and under tension are a job for a certified arborist or the power company. We'll tell you straight if your situation is one of those.
Where we haul
We work across Hernando, Olive Branch, Southaven and Horn Lake, Nesbit, Lake Cormorant and Walls, Tate County and Marshall County.

Common questions
Do you haul off brush and logs?
Yes. We can load debris into our dump trailer and haul it off. It costs more than leaving it piled on site, and we'll price both options for you.
Can you clean up after a storm?
Yes, for downed trees and limbs on the ground in yards, fields, drives and fence lines. Trees on a house or near power lines need a certified arborist or the utility company first.
How much does brush pile removal cost?
It depends on the size of the pile, how far it is from where the trailer can get to, and whether it's hauled off or just moved. Send us a few photos for a quick ballpark.
Can you just push debris into the woods?
If it's your property and that's what you want, yes. It's usually the cheapest option.
